Formats
We accept PNG, SVG and PDF. A transparent background is preferred. The maximum file size is 50 MB.
Resolution
Recommended resolution is 300 DPI or more. The 150–299 DPI range requires confirmation of quality risk. Below 150 DPI the upload is blocked.
What we check
Artwork checks verify the file, pixel dimensions and DPI. This is a technical file check, not customer approval of the design. White backgrounds and low DPI must be confirmed before production if they appear.
Use and limits
The transfer is intended for decorative marking of clean, smooth, hard surfaces. You set width in millimetres; height is calculated from the file aspect ratio. Quantity is the number of copies of that design. Price is calculated on the server; jobs above the automatic-quote limit need a custom quote.
On-screen colours may differ from print. We do not change your artwork before production.
We do not claim food-contact, skin, children’s-product, outdoor, dishwasher or chemical-resistance properties — we do not have verified data from the film and ink supplier.
Account
An account is for signing in. A saved-artwork library, order history and shipment tracking in the account are not launched yet.
