Made-to-order goods
The Slovak version of this information is authoritative. Translations have the same meaning. If there is a conflict, the Slovak version applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of habitual residence.
What you order
A WeeStick UV DTF transfer is made from your uploaded artwork and from the size and quantity you choose. It is therefore goods made to the consumer’s specifications / personalised goods.
Withdrawal and a defect complaint are not the same
For goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason does not apply. This exception is in the consumer-protection act.
The withdrawal exception does not cancel the right to complain about a manufacturing defect. A lower-DPI warning also does not remove the seller’s liability for the seller’s own manufacturing fault.

- Complaint about a manufacturing defect: remains available.
- Error in customer-supplied artwork: is not a production defect.
- Damage during transport: must be reported separately, with photo documentation.
Your duties regarding the file
You upload a file that you have the right to use. Unlawful and illegal content is forbidden. The seller does not alter the file arbitrarily.
Recommended resolution is 300 DPI or more. The 150–299 DPI range requires confirmation of quality risk. Below 150 DPI the upload is blocked.
