Terms and conditions
The Slovak version of this information is authoritative. Translations have the same meaning. If there is a conflict, the Slovak version applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of habitual residence.

1. These terms
These terms govern the purchase of UV DTF transfers in the WeeStick online shop at weestick.com. The customer may be a consumer or a business.
An order in the shop is a distance contract. Before sending the order, the customer can check and correct the entered data, the bag, the goods price and the shipping price.
2. Goods
We sell UV DTF transfers made from artwork uploaded by the customer and from the chosen size and quantity. Supported formats are PNG, SVG and PDF.
This is goods made to the customer’s specification, not a stock catalogue product. The seller does not alter the customer’s file arbitrarily.
3. Price, VAT and shipping
Prices are in euro and are final. The seller is not a VAT payer.
Shipping cost depends on the country and the chosen delivery method. The exact amount is shown in the bag before the order is submitted.
Free shipping is not currently offered.
4. Payment
Online payment via GoPay is being prepared. Public checkout payment is not launched yet and the pay button is disabled. Cash on delivery is not offered.
The purchase contract for made-to-order goods is intended to be formed only after successful payment. Production does not start before successful payment and before the artwork-check conditions are met.
5. Production
Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days. The period starts only after successful payment and after the artwork-check conditions are met.
The period may be extended for objective reasons, for example incomplete or unusable artwork, needed customer cooperation, a production or transport outage, or a higher order volume. We will inform the customer of any extension.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver only in Slovakia, to a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX.
The parcel must be collected within the carrier’s deadline. Packeta and Z-BOX are not a complaints address.
7. Artwork, rights and content
The customer uploads their own artwork and is responsible for having the right to use it to produce the ordered transfers, including copyright, trade-mark and personality rights.
It is forbidden to upload unlawful or illegal content, including content that infringes third-party rights, incites hatred, depicts child sexual abuse material, or otherwise violates the law. We may refuse or cancel such an order.
An error in the uploaded artwork, text, cuts, transparency or chosen size is not a goods defect caused by the seller.
8. DPI and artwork check
For raster artwork (PNG) we check resolution against the chosen size. We recommend 300 DPI or more. At 150 to 299 DPI we show a quality-risk warning and production may continue only after that risk is confirmed. Below 150 DPI the artwork is blocked.
A DPI warning or confirmation of quality risk does not remove the seller’s liability for the seller’s own manufacturing defect, meaning a defect that arose in production, not in the uploaded artwork.
9. Withdrawal from the contract
For a distance contract a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. A UV DTF transfer made from uploaded artwork and chosen size and quantity is such goods.
This exception covers only withdrawal without giving a reason. It does not cancel the right to complain about a manufacturing defect, the right relating to damage in transit, or other mandatory consumer rights.
- Withdrawal without giving a reason: does not apply to these goods.
- Complaint about a manufacturing defect: remains available.
- Error in customer-supplied artwork: is not a manufacturing defect of the seller.
- Damage during transport: must be reported and documented; it is not the same as withdrawal without a reason.
10. Liability for defects
The seller is liable for defects that the goods had on receipt and that appear during the statutory period under the Civil Code. For new goods this is generally two years from receipt.
The consumer should notify the defect without undue delay after discovering it, no later than the period under the Civil Code. The seller assesses the defect and remedies it within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is objectively justified.
On a justified complaint about a manufacturing defect, the consumer must not be automatically charged the shipping cost. We do not accept every complaint in advance; we assess the facts. We do not apply an unlawful blanket exclusion of liability.
11. Communication, disputes and changes
Send requests to info@weestick.com. Further steps are on the Complaints and returns page and the Contact page.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, a consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to an ADR entity, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection, or another authorised body. The European ODR platform is no longer in operation, so we do not link to it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
Changes to these terms apply only for the future, to orders after the new version is published. An older checkout acknowledgement is not carried over to a new text.
